Tanmay Hinge

I am a machine learning researcher working across the physical and life sciences, building models that can be interrogated and that report their own uncertainty. I recently left my computer science faculty (full-time, tenure-track) position at a college in Minnesota to build a startup which studies how learning analytics are shaping education in a world where information is readily available. I run, recently started playing tennis, read, play story-driven games, and have a soft spot for the Old West, the desert and the colors and the architecture, the whole aesthetic of it.
